As a RIP City native, I knew my hometown’s NBA team would be a great foundation to research for my J352 class’s communication audit project. Included is a thorough SWOT analysis and research focused on their community involvement, brand representation and the history of how it all started.

For my J453 Strategic Planning and Cases class, I worked with a team of aspiring public relations professionals to create a campaign focused on the re-branding of clothing brand, American Apparel.


As an Account Executive for Allen Hall Public Relations, the student-run PR firm within the School of Journalism and Communication, I worked with a team of five people to represent Cowbucker, a Eugene-based hat company. In this role, I was in charge of tracking audience engagement for social media platforms as the media relations coordinator.
